Flare Systems

Flare systems are the main and most critical part of plants. They are used to eliminate waste gas which is otherwise not feasible to use or transport. They also act as safety systems for non-waste gas and are released via pressure relief valve when needed to ease the strain on equipment. They protect gas processing equipments from being over-pressured. Also in case of an emergency situation, the flare system helps burn out the total reserve gas.

For flare system, KSP is exclusively jointed with SAMIA INTERNATIONAL S.r.I for design and fabrication of flare system in Iran. Design, fabrication and inspection of flare systems are performed by both parties.

In the early 60's SAMIA adhered to the encouragements from a large number of its clients to start a line of Flare Systems, becoming the first European firm specialized in such devices and developing its own know-how on the various flare types. As of today SAMIA/KSP produces almost every type of required alternatives:
